        From the time I approached the...

        From the time I approached the store with my most recent project, the owner and his staff went out of your way to help me, and I appreciate that so much! When I dropped off my packages, they were unsealed and completely unlabeled, and the staff person helping me just said, “Don’t worry, we’ll seal them and get the labels on – that’s our job!” I was so touched by how the staff took full ownership of my project and made me feel like a highly valued customer. Service like this reminds me why I come here, again and again, instead of going to USPS!

        I've been doing business with ...

        I've been doing business with this location for several years. They are always providing me with different options. I've become reliant on them and they know me and my favorite shipping method(Fedex). They know this and still let me know when there is a better alternative. They have earned my trust. Janice
