Friendly staff but there is a serious breech of work ethic especially from Dr. Ripley. My cheek was cut up including a large portion of my gum that was not stitched. I now have an infection in my gum and Ib have tried to get in contact with Dr. Ripley in two different consecutive days and no response. I have already filed a complaint through corporate offices. If you want to take these risks, then you should visit this location.

I've been there twice and I like how I was treated. Everyone was really friendly and polite, I also like the fact that they don't take so long to call you in. I'm definitely taking my baby girl there!����

Awesome service took my daughter for cleaning and the staff treat her like a princess. Very friendly staff and caring and when you have a question the have just the right answer. Make me feel pleased specially seeing my daughter so excited to see the dentist and not be scared like at other places. I give them more that five stars keep up the work.

Took my 4 year old there and we received great service! My son was comfortable, happy, and I really appreciated that they did not want to make more money off me. Unlike other places where they want to do extra unnecessary work and place the child under pain that is not needed. Here it was straight for what I was referred to and they gave me the option if I wanted them to look at the rest of his teeth. The staff was wonderful and the doctor as well. She made it fun for my son at all times. I appreciate the fact they allow the parents to be present during the procedure especially when they are little.

I always take my kids here & their service it's great. I've been to other dentist and they always take long hours and you cannot go inside with kids. This is the opposite & Dr. Romero was great!!!

I HAD A TOOTH FILLED IN 2011 THE FILLING FELL OUT IN EARLY 2014 I WENT BACK AND THEY FILLED IT AGAIN AND PAYED BOTH TIMES AROUND $500 TOTAL I GUESS THEY DO NOT GIVE YOU ANY WARRENTY ON WORK THEY DO THEN IN OCT. 2014 I WENT BACK BECAUSE THAT SAME TOOTH WAS GIVING ME PROBLEMS WENT TO SEE NOW WHAT IS GOING ON WELL NOW THEY TELL ME I NEED A ROOT CANEL AND CHARGED ME ANOTHER $84.00 WHEN ALL OF THIS WAS NOT TAKEN CARE OF FROM DAY ONY 1 , SO THEY DO NOT GUARANTEE THEIR WORK ,WILL NEVER GO BACK.

I have been taking my two kids for about 3 years and am very satisfied. The office is always clean and we never have to wait hours. They work with my schedule and have appointments as late as 5pm. This last visit was amazing because of Carlos Heredia, one of the dental assistants. He prepared my 11 year old and gave her a small lesson on everything involved in what he would be doing to put sealants on her teeth. She loved it and so did I. The staff and dentists are so nice and I always feel right at home. I definitely recommend Kool Smiles on Lee Trevino in El Paso, TX.
