Among the many dentists that I have been to in the past, I could say that the doctors at this office are warm and compassionate. Dr. Shams was my treating dentist, and as much as I dread going to the dentist, he was very light-handed and made sure that I was comfortable throughout the entire procedure.

Overall, their office staff are friendly, energetic, and caring. Enrique, my hygienist there, also gave a thorough cleaning.

The staff was very friendly. I love how they make me feel very relaxed. I needed 4 wisdom teeth taken out. The Doctors promised me no pain, and I had no pain at all. I highly recommend Picasso Smiles.

Be aware of you dental bill and charges. It is best to request a copy of the bill of services provided as well as the one that they will be billing the insurance company; when I did so, the 2 bills did not add up at all. Getting someone to return you call is next to impossible. If you have any other problem that does not pertain to a service that they will be paid for, for example filling out a paper for work, that will not happen. Seems like their priority is payment first!!! There's a reason why the place is clean and new, perhaps it's due to the overcharges.

The place is very nice and very clean! The staff is the friendliest staff I have ever dealt with at a dentist office. I went in for a deep cleaning, 9 fillings and all four of my wisdom teeth out and Dr. Shams was AMAZING! He was so gentle and made me feel at ease. The other dentist did my extraction and was also good. I went in the first time and took my 2 year old son who could not be in the room with me at the time and they actually let one of the staff members hang out with him in the private waiting room and keep him entertained for 3 hours!!! I came out and they told me they gave him juice, cereal and had him watching Tom and Jerry :) They are too sweet! I would recommend this place to anyone! The only problem I had was that they charge 600.00 for sedation (pills) if you need it, but other than that it was wonderful!

Brand new and very clean! I remember Dr. Nima Shayesteh from when he worked with Tippin!! I thought I was going to have to deal with finding a new dentist, but nope! Just followed Dr. Picasso to his new location where they offer great service, friendly staff and reasonable prices!
