They don't even deserve a star. To bad there is not a Zero because they deserve Zero. I have found out from other honest law enforcement, that the reason why El Paso ratings as far a a criminal state is one of the safest cities, is because nothing gets reported. It is a crook cities almost feels like Juarez sad but true! They don't write reports on everything, only what is convenient to them. I will give an example. We had an incident with some neighbor harassing children under 11 to 4 years old. Threats were made to the children. This are neighbors that are neglectful to their own children as well. Cops have been called more then numerous times from numerous people in our neighborhood, for incidents like this. No arrest. were made, but about 5 chances given to this people. So situation escalates, people get in fights outside, cars are vandalized all due to cops not doing there jobs. I don't understand if cops and investigators don't like their jobs and they hate their pay, then quite, and let someone else take your job who is willing to do the right thing and attend to the law. To tell you that I even got a hold of the commander by Maloney at the Pepple Hills stations and no response, through an email and never got a responds.



Another example same neighbors throw parties almost every weekend do not respect others people. HAve music loud till 3:00am cops are called from numerous neighbors around 10:00pm-12:00 and sometimes they don't show up at all. They showed up probably once from 6 parties this people have had and guess what they told us? They will get a second warning, Cops leave then they turn the music back up and start yelling and screaming at neighbors, it is not the first time it is practically every weekend. Yet all the other people have parties we understand the law and we all corporate and turn down the music, if it bothers someone. We turn it off at 11:00pm yet you get those neighbors that give everyone a hard time and do what they want. All due to cops not doing what is right. Now we know the answer why cops are not doing anything and not pushing the law. They just don't care!



I am sure a lot of citizens feel the same way. Good thing attorneys are aware of this. Hopefully they are investigated and they get more complaints, so the station can be investigated properly. So people please complaint in here if you have any similar situation. Attorneys will review this and the more evidence they have it will help other peoples cases!



Hey but guess what? Today 5/7/13 some dogs were loose and two cops showed up and animal control. WOW wish they were that fast when there is crazy neighbors starting fights and harassing poor innocent children and making threats and vandalizing cars on purpose!



This is what makes a city look terrible when cops don't do their job and are corrupted. A lot of favoritism.
