Great builder. Very innovative and state-of-the-art. Builder explained features in depth. Loved the design and it felt like a house from the start. After seeing many homes, this was by far the best home.

My wife and I served a combined 45 years in the United States Army, and during those years we learned the meaning of honor, quality and commitment. When our final tour was complete, and we decided to build our long awaited retirement home, we choose Palo Verde Homes after interviewing countless of other builders. I purchased my Palo Verde Home in December of 2010. Shortly thereafter, El Paso experienced some of the worst freezing weather in its history. The results included bursting pipes, severe water leaks and power outages. At the height of the freeze and during the coldest part of the night, power was lost at my house. For three hours, I had zero heat and yet during that three hour period the temperature inside dropped only two degrees. This early experience with my home was enough for me to know that I had made the right decision when choosing a homebuilder. Quality of construction, excellent customer service and of course beautiful homes, are all things that homebuyers can expect from Palo Verde Homes!

Our experience with Palo Verde has been great up to this point. The quality is outstanding and the overall customer service is excellent!

Palo Verde customized our backslash in the kitchen and around the house, the customized our pendents, also the appliances, master shower and guest bath, and our surround sound. All the contractors very professional and courteous. The house came out great and we were pleased with the outcome!
