Oasis Lanes

Bad lanes give problems,have to keep restarting the game.After waiting for almost an hour for mechanic to repair the lane it still gave problems,very bad customer service from manager Josh.

My family and I came around 230 in afternoon to play bowling we literally sat there numerous times for almost 2 hours back and forth while the mechanic was fixing our lane while lane was finally fixed our game was RESTARTED and then we were told by mechanic our game will be free due to the restart and problems. As we finally finished our game around 5 upon coming around 2 we pay and then are told by mechanic we misunderstood and Josh the manager let that pass what bad customer service after we notfied him and mechanic of the problems we had! My family and I will never go again!

In Summer of 2011, My sister came to El Paso from California. So we ended up going to Oasis Bowling, and Surely Enough A kid just went inside the counter and took the little box they had with all the Driver License and credit cards. It seems set up by the employee in the counter. But Management did nothing about it. We were the ones that had to call the police and make a report. we never got a call nor an apology from anyone. My sister had to drive back to California with out a drivers license and also paid to get another one. By looking at the other comments, I see this happens a frequently in this place. :(

Gosh what a dud!!!



I never really rate places but this is one I have to say it really is bad!!



Finally, after a long week of work and both my Husband and I having the same day off, we decided lunch and bowling. We arrived and were attended to quickly. Needless to say this place doesn't have enough bowling balls to suit its size, and the people who go bowling are straight out ball hoggers, we balled with the most crappiest ball ever. Have you ever been afraid of a ball cutting a finger while you are supposed to be having fun, well at this place you are guaranteed that feeling. We bowled two games and just about had enough... We get ready to go and went to turn in our shoes, well to come to the counter was were things went completely south.



Tell me how do you hand off a person's driver license to a complete stranger that most likely did not look like me!!! WTF!!! I have been without my driver license for about 4 days now and no phone call from the damn management team on if my driver license has turned up, how in the hell does someone not notice they have the wrong driver license. I have called and my husband has gone to the bowling alley to see if my driver license has turned up and nothing. Now, I have a bigger issue, getting a new driver license is not possible because I am out of state, soooo I guess I have to attend a damn driver's class, take the written and driving tests all over again... Oh and did I mention I have to pay for it all. When this crap isn't even my fault!! I hope they are going to reimburse me for this $300 in fees that are going to make me be able get another driver license.



The reason they even get a star is because they allowed my husband and I to have to enjoy our self until they lost my driver license.
