Our friendly staff can assist you with all your furniture needs from mattresses and bedroom furniture to living room furniture. At New Deal we've been serving the El Paso area since 1947. With 2 store locations and our own warehouse system, we display and stock the largest collection of furniture in West Texas and Southern New Mexico. We're family owned and operated right here in town, so when you need something, you're dealing with one of your neighbors and not some out-of-town company. New Deal is El Paso's only multi-floor furniture showroom featuring millions of dollars in name brand furnishings, home appliances, electronics and premium bedding.

        I'm a new customer at New Deal...

        I'm a new customer at New Deal Furniture. Back in April 2012, I purchased a recliner and a headboard with footboard. 6 months later the recliner broke. Needless to say I had to fix it!! About a week later it broke again in a different spot. So now I have to fix it again. It's almost like they get your money then that's all they want. I'll never return there again. For anyone that's wants good quality and service, do not go there!!!!

        WORST FURNITURE SHOPPING EXPERIENCE!!!!

        Mind you, this is the short version. Bought some living room furniture in December and it went over without a hitch. Went back, bought an additional piece. We were told it would take a week. The week came and went and we didn't receive any call to advise of the delay. Called to find out that the date was pushed out. Next date came and went and same problem. Called and spoke with a manager that assured free delivery and a discount coupon. That didn't happen. 7 wks+ and I finally got delivery of the table and it was DEFECTIVE. I called and left a message for the owner to call me back- didn't happen. Then we went to collect our refund and got to talk to 'Mr. where the smart furniture buyers shop" himself, and it was like talking to a wall. We were going to be buying a den furniture set and a new bedroom set....fat chance we'd be spending money there again. It was a customer service NIGHTMARE.
