Loris Spa Nail

I had my son go get his haircut here last evening and it is awful. Worst haircut ever. They edged his head crooked n trimmed his mohawk way too short and missed spots all around the sides of his head. My son is embarrassed of his hair and was not able to voice his opinion because all the ladies in there only speak spanish so I need to spend more time and money to get it done right somewhere else. I will never ever recommend anybody to go to this salon.

This is the WORSE place ever! I went in to get 8 inches cut off to donate and Norma Delia Deming "decided" herself to cut 18 inches plus 1-2 more inches to even it out. DO NOT go with that lady. Let's just say... look at the person that is doing the service to how they have theirs (hair).

The nail technicians at Lori's Glamour Nails are prejudice against non Hispanics or whom they believe are non Hispanics. I had my nails done there for the past 3 years with Myra. She does beautiful work at a reasonable price. She went on maternity leave recently so I have been serviced by the others. EVERY single time they raise the price just for my service. Others in the salon at the same time are charged the posted price. When I questioned them they say the service I received was beyond the usual, which was untrue.

I have noticed when black female soldiers came in for services they were cold and didn't speak to them at all. To each other the technicians would refer to them with negative racially inappropriate remarks.

One time my credit card was overcharged by $10. When I noticed it was incorrect I walked back inside and showed the young lady. She said to another worker in Spanish, oh she noticed! Just credit it back then. I replied in Spanish that could be considered stealing or deceptive practices. Both of them stood there looking at me wide eyed, surprised that I understood and spoke Spanish. They thought I was white and couldn't catch their remarks. That was the last time I walked through their doors.

Racism is wrong. Doesn't matter who's doing it or who it's aimed at. It's wrong.
