If you want a say on YOUR special event I would not recommend this venue. They do not provide what their guest want. They did not hesitate to show their anger when you question them. I plan never to go there again

fantastic service, they go beyond the call of duty, the helped me plan, design, prepare for the unexpected, very reasonable and elegant, I am planning my next event there,

easy to work with, my guest were very complimentary, bottom line is you get what you pay for...........you get a "do it yourself" package, that what you get., we had an outside

service make and deliver the cake, we had the unexpected happen, cake was a disaster, they save the evening, put a dummy cake in it place for the photo's and cake cutting and toast, one of their employee who makes there cakes, repaired a part of the cake and used for the cutting portion, thanks legacy I will definitely pass the word, you saved the evening. thank you very much, happy mom and daughter, you cannot put a price on what they did............................happy event holder

My friend had her wedding @ Legacy. You have to read your contract good they lie about the things they offer. This is the first hall I know that wont allow catering from some one else. You practically have to get everything with them and if you don't the staff will not be friendly. My friend paid about $9 per plate and it was so little my little boy didn't get full. Also they show you nice plates when you book and you end up eating in cheap disposable plates. If you do book make sure you tell all your guest to charge all electronics before because they won't let you plug nothing on their outlets. Some of the staff are rude with attitude and follow you around like you are going to steel something. The music they played was horrible DJ no experience. My experience as a guest was unpleasant and was not able to enjoy the wedding much. The only good service was from who I believe was the lady owner. For sake of the business I would fire the rest of the staff.

We just had our wedding there early this month. This ballroom is beautiful. The hosts went out of their way to decorate it to our specifications. I got so many compliments from my guests on how attentive the host and hostess were. It also has plenty of parking spaces for all of your quests. My wife and I would highly recommend this ballroom for any event your are planning. Thank you Hector and Lynn for making our day very special.

I had my daughters XVera on 4/20. From day one the attention and service provided by Lynn and Hector was above and beyond what was expected.The food was amazing, the service and attention to my guests was perfect, and the music was outstanding!!! A full dance floor all night long!!

I had my wedding at the Legacy Ballroom this month. I was very impressed with the owners and ballroom. I feel like they went above and beyond to help us with everything we needed down to the very last smallest details. They made me feel relieved as they organized almost everything. They even spent a hour trying to download my brother's song just so they could play it for me that night. I feel like I could not have made a better choice and would definitely recommend this ballroom to anyone. I know for sure I would not think twice as to book another event with them.

I had my wedding reception and dance here at Legacy Ballroom July 14th, It was very AWESOME. I was really impressed and completely satisfied with the way the hall was decorated and just the all around service that we received from this Ballroom's staff. Many of our wedding guests complimented the hall, the decorations, and just how beautiful things were at the hall. I would recommend this hall to anyone and would in fact have another major event there. The Owners were beyond helpful, they understood what we wanted and very professional.

I had my daughters 15era here at Legacy Ballroom on 3/10/2012 and I must say that the Legacy team went above and beyond what there duties were to make me a satisfied customer….my family and friends all gave me compliments on how elegant the hall was also the staff was awesome , the food the DJ all just SUPER…. I am not a party organizer, I only have 1 daughter and had no clue what I was getting into when I started planning this party … The Legacy Team helped me with all my questions at some point I felt I might frustrate them with ALL MY QUESTIONS but not at all they always gave me answers and tips ….. The music was GREAT the dance floor was full at all times the food was GREAT ….the attention I had from management was GREAT I might add the control at the door was excellent no one came in with out a pass just like I wanted Legacy is also a one stop shop they have a cake baker I gave her a picture off the internet and came out just like in the picture …..what else can I say about Legacy Ballroom … If I could turn 15 again myself I would ask for Legacy Ballroom ….

We had our wedding 2 weeks ago and were very happy with the outcome. The hall looked beautiful when we first walked in. Our friends and family were very pleased with the food, decor, the drinks, the staff, and the music.We would also like to add that our food was not served on foam plates. We had a choice of plates. Thank you Hector and Lynn for your help and patience. Dj Mark, you were awesome.We would definately recommend this hall to anyone who wants a beautiful place for their special day.

I rented one of their ballrooms for my wedding. The contract I signed and package that I fully paid for said it would have unlimited beer, food would be severed and that we would have two waiters. The doors were supposed to open at 6 yet that didn't happen. They opened the doors at 6:30 and they asked all the guest wait outside for another 15 min. Once the bride got there they asked everyone to get in line to eat. Please no! They severed on disposable foamy cups and plates. Who does this at a wedding? The worst thing is that the owners where there serving. Not to mention, their attire was jeans and a polo shirt. I had to ask the owner to sever me and the groom. Talk about not being on top of things. They lack manners and are not customer friendly. As the slide show was put on, the DJ did not know how to conduct it. My sister went to the DJ booth and asked how she could help and the owner YELLED at her and was super rude.

The service from the owners and staff from Legacy Ballroom El Paso, TX, 79938 is terrible. They are rude, disrespectful, liars and cheaters as well.
