La Estancia Apartments

DON'T EVER MOVE THERE. I MOVED HERE CAUSE I THOUGHT THE LOCATION WOULD BE NICE(CLOSE TO FORT BLISS). I WOULD RATHER LIVE IN HORIZON CITY THAN LIVE IN THESE APTS EVER AGAIN....



THE MANAGEMENT IS HORRIBLE....THEY'RE ALWAYS TRYING TO FIND SOME WAY TO SQUEEZE MONEY OUT OF YOU....THE MANAGER IS THE WORST OF THEM ALL.....EDGAR IS THE GUY TO TALK TO THOUGH, HE'LL ACTUALLY TAKE CARE OF YOU.



YOU HAVE TO SELL YOUR KIDS ON THE BLACK MARKET JUST TO GET SOMETHING REPAIRED....AND IT STILL BREAKS AGAIN....



THE A/C'S BLOW WARM AIR....I HAD TO BUY TO WINDOW UNITS TO COOL MY APT.....



THE GATES NEVER WORK....THEY ARE ALWAYS OPEN....SO MUCH FOR SECURITY....



I WAS ROBBED....MY NEIGHBOR WAS ROBBED.....MY FRIEND IN THE OTHER BULIDING HAD HER CAR STOLEN....I COULD GO ON AND ON....



THE POWER ALWAYS GOES OUT.....



SOMETHINGS ALWAYS LEAKING.....



ITS EXPENSIVE ALSO....YOU CAN GET A WAY BETTER DEAL FOR SQ FT. SOMEWHERE ELSE....

Costion when picking these apartments! There are every nice but, the way they run things is very poor. I have lived in these apartments when they where under "Abura Vista" management and now "La Estancia" management. The overall exeprence was bad! ( the only kind hearted person is Liz) When I had moved in I noticed that the door frame as broken in two. I had lived there for about 3 months and I called repettedly to have it fixed! But I was always told that "someone was on there way". Ok so. After that my family and I had got locked in! The door would not open from the inside! My kids and I when stuck INSIDE our apartment! I called but ofcourse nothing was done! I had to jump out the window and kick the door open! I called down to the office the next day and they told me that someone would be out within the week to fix it! I told them that I can't lock my door! Someone could walk right in! They still didn't care! After everything they tried to charge me for kicking the door! I thought that it was a fire hassured to be LOCKED IN? Overall if you do decied to move in get as much paperwork as you can document everything they say or do, make sure they sign everything! Because if not in the end you'll pay for it! BEWARE ARMY!!
