They came on time, worked fast and efficiently and left everything working properly. They even fixed an electrical short circuit that the company who serviced las year left. Good prices!! Mr Donoso I really appreciate good and bad feedback from my costumers. The initial problem with your washer was repaired and washer is working great. Second issue was due to minor adjustment leveling. My apologies for delaying the service and was not done intentionally. Had a washer repaired, continued to have problems with it. Upon second visit (delayed and after several calls from me) he showed up and admitted he had forgotten to complete the repair, said he needed to return with proper materials. It's been three weeks and two no shows and my washer remains unrepaired, of course he got paid so what does he care, now!

Extremely unreliable, if you want headaches, call this guy, me.. I will opt for someone else next time. Well he finally reported, probably because I kept on calling his receptionist, he was late for the 4 hour window scheduled appointment and provided no courtesy call as usual. Spent about 30 minutes to complete what took him almost a month to correct. Lesson learned, hopefully my experience helps you avoid any headaches if you use this guy.

I am very satisfied. He came within half an hour of calling, explained to me what was wrong, showed me, fixed it, and it was done. What he explained made sense. He did not try to sell me something else or cheat me. I was so impressed I will use him to install an ice-maker next. I would call them again and I definitely recommend them.

i call them to fix my washer. they did arrived in time but did not even touched the washer before he offered to sell me an other used one. never tried to make a diagnosis but he did charge me for the visit. game me a lot of bull about the problem (that i had already identified) and exaggerated the prices of the spareparts he "recomended" for my washer.

They have repaired an upright freezer and my washer. Very professional and priced well I am very happy with their service.

I needed help with my dryer so called Jorge's Refrigeration and Appliance Repair and he was able to come down on the same day and fix my dryer in less than an hour. Excellent service and great price. Very recommended!!

I needed help with a Whirlpool dryer that stopped working. I called due to the 5 star ratings on Jorge Refrigeration. Jorge answered the phone, gave me a time, and arrived as commited. Found the problem, a bad heating element, and also suggested new wheels for the drum that were baddly worn. Gave me a quote, got the job done, and the dryer is working great and quite!!! Very Professional! I'm very satisfied!

I woke up New Years Day to find that my dryer was not heating up. I looked online for repair options, I called sears and they wanted a fortune just to come out and look at it. I called another repair service and they wouldn't be able to come out until the following Monday. I contacted Jorge Appliance Repair, and Jorge himself came to my home for the repair. He was very thorough in explaining to me what the problem was, and what needed to be repaired. His service call fee was very reasonable, and if I chose to have him repair it he waved the service call fee, and gave me a 10% military discount. I am very satisfied with the work that Jorge did for me, and my dryer is fixed and running great!
