They showed up on time and automatically got to work. I paid for a two man crew, but John even showed up and helped out at no charge. Smooth move I will definitely use them again. First time I used angies list since signing up to the service and I am very pleased with their suggestion. They are the top rated moving company for a reason. Thank you guys for making my move a good experience.

Due to mold in my apt, I had to move immediately. John and his staff worked on a holiday, which I felt terrible about, but am very thankful for. His team packed up my apt with great care and was quick about moving me to the next unit. Nothing was broken or damaged and everyone was very friendly. I am very thankful for them giving up the holiday. I would use them again in a heartbeat and recommend them easily to friends/co-workers that are looking for top-notch moving company. It was an excellent/smooth process. They showed up with boxes/packing material and as one guy was moving the furniture and already boxed stuff, the other was packing. They took great care with packing my kitchen (which for a single person, I have kitchen stuff for a family of 6). I also had 2 full closets of clothes that they were gentle with and boxed nicely. It was a very positive experience. Moving is stressful, more so when you have mold poisoning and John's team went out of their way to make sure I didn't have to do anything on the packing/moving end. They were very efficient with un-loading and getting my stuff up to my new place. When my lease is up in 10 months, I will for sure be calling on John again.

I needed to take my piano across the country and just wanted someone to load it on a UHaul trailer for me. These guys gave me an excellent price. They arrived on time and quickly got the piano loaded. Then they spent a lot of time getting it secured so it wouldn't be bounced around on the trip. They even loaded a few other boxes for me and made sure the load was balanced. All the while they were very polite and professional. I have no doubt that the piano will arrive in fine shape and my grandson will have many years of fun learning to play it. I would highly recommend this company to anyone without reservation.

The last week of June 2012, I called John s Upper Valley Moving and spoke with John. We discussed what services I needed, the day of the moving and the price. As agreed, the movers, John s employees, Rocky and Mike, arrived promptly at my daughter s house, brought the furniture to my house and did what I had requested. I couldn t have been happier with their quality of work. Not only were they skilled at moving, but most, most pleasant and polite. I definitely will call upon them again, if I ever need those services. Therefore, I recommend them highly. Overall, my daughter was delighted and impressed by their punctuality, moving skills and friendliness. I, too, was extremely happy with their work.

Moved bedroom set from the west side to east side of El Paso and then moved a heavy piece of furniture from my house to my next door neighbor's house. Mike and Marvin were early to arrive, very professional, and willing to help with any kind of moving. Will hire them again!

I used this compnay for a local move and I was extremely pleased. The two men who moved my furniture and personal items were prompt, courteous and efficient. They never stopped working to take breaks, even when my husband brought them lunch. They carefully moved all my items and helped me decide where to place some of the furniture in my new home. I am very pleased with their service. I felt that their price was reasonable and I would use this company again. I had a very good experience with John's Upper Valley Moving and would use this company again!

They were super professional. The day they moved our things, was the day that it snowed. But they just kept right on working in the snow. They were very quick and efficient and I will be using them if need be! Excellent workers.

They broke my furniture and refused to call me back and replace it! They are not reliable or honest. They showed up 4 hours late to move my family to a new home. They inadequately secured a marble desk top, and it broke when it fell in their truck. They told me they had insurance to pay for it. I called and called and called, and they never allowed me to speak to a manager nor the owner. They claimed that they had already made a claim, to replace the marble top, but they didn't even talk to me to get the size, color/quality of the marble, so I know they lied to me. I'm still waiting for a call! Terrible service!

The service was beyond professional. I am very happy with the service. I will definitely recommend them and absolutely use them again. They knew what they were doing and none of my items were damaged. The price was very adequate for us. They were very impressive and quick. They protected my items as they were their own no matter if they were old or used. Also the company responded very quickly to my need of having to change my moving date earlier. They placed my items exactly where i wanted them. They were amazing. They even brought boxes for me. My husband travels out of town very often, so we are constantly moving so i would definitely used them again. My husband was so pleased that he even recorded their number in his phone right away, speaks highly of them, and recommends them. They were so quick that they moved everything within a hour or two. I would recommend for them to do more promotion and pass out flyers because they are a great company. John is a very polite man.

They acted very professional. We had some issues towards the end of the third trip but I would say 90% of the move was very efficient. From what I saw they were very protective of my items and they packed EVERYTHING. I would, and have, recommend them.

we all know moving sucks. but this company made it so much easier. they provided all the packing materials and packed up everything in my home and then loaded and unloaded everything into the truck. they were courteous and helpful and very careful with my valuables. those guys worked so hard and i believe the services were worth every penny.thanks john's upper valley moving! i'll be calling you again next time.

John's Upper Valley moving is the best moving company in town. Don't pay any attention to these low life ex-employees who are all just angry and bored because they are unemployed. I have used this company a number of times and every time they were so nice and did an awesome job at packing my belongings safely and securely in the truck. They call you before to confirm and if some thing doesn't go as planned they'll make up for it. They really make you feel like they care.

VERY NICE EXPERIENCE!!! Everything from the time I called to the time the guys showed up to the very end. Very professional, very careful. I even received a follow call from John to see how it all went.

I dont understand your complaint I have used serveral moving companies and they have pricing and signed proposals for moving rates that are signed by customers before the entire move is done. I understand moving is stressfull, but lying doesnt give you much credibility.

This El Paso Moving Company has moved a number of items for us including pianos and we have been extremely satisfied. The movers were prompt, courteous, and careful . I would call John's Upper Valley Moving again and I always recommend them to my associates.
