Way to expensive! Charged me $1,200 to put cheap rocks that didn't even fully cover my backyard.

I called to schedule an estimate however no one ever showed. No one called me to inform me that they would not show nor did they call me to reschedule. I gave them a chance despite poor reviews and I too received poor service. Go figure!

J&J Landscape is failure. I ask for product quality and uses and the 2 ladies in the front desk both gave 2 different erroneous versions on how to really do a bad landscape project. I have instructions from a professional source that clearly stated how to lay down paver’s sand and all of the necessary materials. The clerks said to me I only need some sand and just lay down the pavers and you’re done. They clearly don’t know what they are talking about or just bluntly want to provide misinformation to the customers. This establishment should be on the OFF LIMITS list. This place is a rip off for military, veterans.

After we bought a new house we were very particular about who would be doing our front and back yard landscaping. I walked by another new house with a beautifully designed yard. When I asked the construction workers who did the yard, I knew exactly who I would be calling for ours. Rick from J & J Landscaping came out the next day, I told him exactly what I wanted and what my price range was. He organized it perfectly! We scheduled the day for it to be done, they came around 8am and were done by that afternoon. We later called them to come do our back yard. About 3 months later we noticed one of the four palm trees was not growing the same as the others. It was practically dead. I called them up and they came back the next week and replaced it within 5 mins. I recommend them to all the new home buyers. Their staff is excellent, as well as there prices.

We purchased and paid for trees, shrubs and sod to be planted by J&J's. They all died because they did not prepare the soil or products accordingly when they planted them. J&J's will not guarantee, refund or replace their product or work. They later said it's an additional charge for preparation but failed to mention this at the time of purchase of the items. Since I am not a landscaper, I did not know, I expected them to be the experts. Also, I called to order sod but was unsure of the amount needed and gave Joe a rough estimate. He said no one was there that could verify the amount needed with my land survey that they had on file and would call me back tomorrow. Tomorrow came, my credit card got billed almost $1,000.00 and then my husband showed up first thing Monday morning, 24 hrs. prior to the delivery of the sod and gave Joe the correct measurements since he did not call back. Joe got upset, denied liability on his behalf, called 911 and tried to have my husband arrested stating he was being abusive and violent. His employees denied his allegations as well as checking of the surveillance video and audio by the police. It was not professional of him or necessary to make false allegations and a scene because he refused to credit a portion of our money back due to his negligence or resolve an unauthorized charge made to my card on his behalf. POOR QUALITY OF PRODUCT, CUSTOMER SERVICE & PROFESSIONALISM!!!
