Pityful excuse for a furniture store. It took them 6 weeks to deliver our sofas, only to find out they had ordered the wrong item. Then it took them another 6 weeks to deliver the correct sofa. They offered a refund for the missing sofa. Why would I want only half of a set? If you're gonna offer a refund, then take the whole thing back. Pathetic customer service, they do nothing but lie about where and when your items will get to you. There's never really an apology given, and they really don't bother to update you on the progress. You have to chase them for an answer. If I could give 0 star I would. Please don't buy from here. You only have to go to the Better Business Bureau website to see they have nothing but complaints against the, I only wish I had done my research before buying anything here.

Can we give ZERO stars? I would if I could! Promised delivery in 2 weeks. Every week I'm told "next week"! 6 weeks later it is again NEXT WEEK because the furniture is being MADE! WHAAAAAT!??? really! Don't buy anything here! There is plenty of competition available and I'm sure much better customer service!

I purchased a loft bed and a dresser for my child and was told it would take about 10 business days to receive the item. Today is 14 business days (20 calender days) and I was just told by customer service that it won't get in until next week. I was told last week that it was on the truck, obviously that was a lie. I've been met with evasiveness and un-professionalism every time I have inquired about my purchase. Had I known this would be my experience I would have taken my $1000+ else where. Needless to say I won't again in the future

Customer Service is Horrific

I purchased a bed for my son and when I went to pick it up the customer service woman was extremely rude. There was like 6 people behind the counter and I was ignored until someone finally waited on me. And when she did she had an attitude like I was an inconvenience. I will never purchase anything from there ever again. Worst possible service!!!!!!!

Best place to shop!

We just bought fairmont entertainment center and we encounter some problems but these people are so helpful to correct the problems and even came to our house which is 45 minutes away. We will buy again.
