I bought a new 2016 rav 4 about a month and half ago. I arrived there and I had to wait about 20 minutes to be seen because they were not ready. The vehicle was not prepped or fueled as promised. When I asked how long the wash and fuel would take Paul told me 2 hours? Does it take 2 hours to fuel n wash a xar for a customer who is ready to buy?Very unprofessional staff. The original documented price they tried to higher up the price promised although what was promised to be i had the salesman print it out onto paper because I dont trust word of mouth. In addition, I had to call in to get my license plates and they had it sitting there days prior. I am being harrassed about a downpayment that I made when I was only given the buyers order. I won't recommend this dealership to anyone. There is no structure. I am getting a lawyer for this matter. Buying a new car is not supposed to feel as if all the matters of this world is falling on your shoulders. Should be a peace of mind. Stay away.

RUN AWAY FROM THIS DEALER!!!! They charged you for services they never did. They take off parts of your vehicle and of course you don't noticed because you cant look inside your car. I took my care for oil change and regular maintenance, they said everything else was fine than 90 days after they called to tell the car need it the service again, so I took the car for oil change & they said my car was missing the air filter & that they have to replace it, but how the air filter disappear if no one else touched the car? Of course another charge. Only if you will stay at mechanic's side looking all the time what are they doing, don't leave your car there!!! If you don't want to exceed the 100's for a regular maintenance in a "new car" well maintain.

Cons. They have really good sales people so if you are young and have no clue what's going on, do not go there by yourself. And if they promise you something DO NOT TRUST THEM!!! Make sure they do it right then and there. They have very good CON men and sales persons. Very unhappy customer

You sometimes get what you pay for.

2003 300 ES. Bot new. In almost 10 years I've more than made up for the extra price. Other than regular maint. I may have spent $400 on repairs. Always at Hoy-Fox and always with pleasant people. Of course I don't do my own diagnostic and then try to tell them how to fix the car. Go figure!

I brought my 2003 Lexus IS300 ...

I brought my 2003 Lexus IS300 to this dealer to take care of a small problem that I ended up fixing myself. First of all, the service representative that "helped" me had a bad attitude from the second I walked in the door. I was willing to give her the benefit of the doubt, and just assume maybe she was having a bad morning, but regardless she seemed more hostile than friendly or helpful. She told me to pay $93 to have them look at the car (before doing any kind of labor or ordering parts). When I pointed out that I had already used a diagnostics tool at home, and read up on the problem at hand, she basically told me that I was probably wrong and they "don't work for free". I decided to go find the part to fix it myself and it ended up costing me $12 total to fix. Overall it was a very unprofessional encounter, and the only reason I rate 2 stars is because, even though I wasted my time going across town, I was seen almost right away. I would expect MUCH better from any dealer, especially ones selling higher-end cars like Lexus.
