Eyeland Vision

My first visit to Eyeland was an excellent one. I was greeted warmly as I walked through the door, the doctor took the time to explain all the procedures to me, they have the latest technology and a wonderful selection of eye frames. I would recommend this center to family and friends.

Every one at the office has an amazing attitude and they were extremely helpful. Dr. Holt was great with my son and I am happy that we found a doctor that my son really likes :)

Their staff makes you feel at ease and everything they do is explained to you in detail. The doctors take their time during examination and they are never in a rush to see the other patients. I've been going to Eyeland for the past 12 years. They use the latest equipment to diagnose and treat you. I recommend everyone to stop by and see the difference.

I want to compliment Kara on her amazing customer service. I thought I had to pay for the visit in full but she took it upon herself to call my insurance and arranged everything so 75% of the cost was actually covered. Also, when she heard my contacts wouldn't be there for a week (I needed them urgently) she provided me with the unused sample from my tests. She is kind and professional, a real asset to your store!

I did not have an appointment and was worked in. I did not have to wait more than 20 minutes before being seen, which is rare indeed. Service was excellent and I would recommend Dr. Nguyen to anyone I meet. She is top rate.

My options as far as financial business, they explained thoroughly. The staff greeted me accordingly, and explained my situation. I rate them excellent.

On top of my long wait for my appt. My dr was rude. After my appt I was expecting to be referred to a opthalmalogist. No one told me I had to come back for a free appt to make sure my contacts fit. 20 years of eearin contacts I have never had to come in twice for my lenses. I even came back to eyeland vison to pick up my prescription.....which I thought they gav me the one for contacts. I moved a month after my appt and had changed my number. They now want me too pay for an entirely new appt on top of the cost of my contacts.
