Warning!!!!! Elizabeth De La Riva is a thief... Her business is a skank!!!! She doesn't give you what you ask for. She waits until the last minute to give you your things so you have no choice but to take. Even if you asked for a dress like the ones she has on display she still does a horrible job. She doesn't do the invitations right; you end up with the wrong information on them even if you give her the information right several times and with 5 months of anticipation. There are several complaints of her business on several websites. I just wished I would have done my research before going to her. The same things to me as she did to others. She had me going back several times to her store with no luck. The 5 days before my event she calls me to say she has my invitations and the rest of the the things that I had ordered. Don't let her so called nice place fool you, I don't no where she got all that stuff but it s all make believe just to pull into her trap and lies and "CHEAP" dresses.... If you did happen to make business with this woman and she played you wrong you have the right to report her to the Better Business Bureau. People need to know about her so she stops hurting young ladies my daughter was devastated and very sad she didn't get the dress she had hoped for.... Don't let this happen to your daughters.....

STAY AWAY!!!!Doesn't even deserve 1 star. Lies at every turn and chance she gets. Wairs till the last minute to give you a sack of potatoes as a so called dress so you have no choice but to keep her cheap vomit looking dress. She had no sense of proper business nor customer service knowledge. She REFUSED to correct HER error and actually wanted to charge US the dresses again to redo the dresses. Stay away unless you want to be giving your money away. .. worse service in el paso

WORST PLACE TO DO BUSINESS!!! MAKES SEVERAL MISTAKE WHICH THEN TURNS AROUND AND TRIES TO CHARGE EXTRA TO FIX HER ERRORS. WHATEVER YOUR SPECIAL OCCASION IS DO RUIN IT BY COMING HERE!!!

We went to visit Emily's and she sold us into making the court dress for my daughter's sweetsixteen. Showed her pictures and not only did the dresses take a while for them to be ready. Called to see about the Sample dress being ready and she mentioned I would get a call as soon as ready. Well Thursday I got a call and tha two dresses had already been made. Saturday showed up and the dress was nothing like the picture we showed her. With nothing else to do but upset that the dresses were nothing as expected and two weeks before the event she mentioned to me that the morning that I had picked up the dresses the rest of the court dresses had already been started. Please think about getting any work done with this business. I also requested invitations from this same business and I was not too impressed every time they made an error on the invitation they took about 2 weeks to get back another sample and this might have taken about 2-3 months to finally get something from them. Not a satisfied client. My daughters expectations on such a big event have not been able to be met

Today (05-15-2015) i went to pick up a dress for my kid and to pay the remainder of my balance. Only to be told that my kids dress was not ready cause she had a balance. Well the quince is tomorrow (05-16-2015) and what do you mean not ready cause of a balance. I will not nor will i ever pay for something in full if its not read nor done. So later My kid and the entire court went to find out none of the dresses where at the store. Claims to have another shop and so she closes the stores doors and says she'll be back and 2 hours later still no site from her. To all future quince young lady's this store is not for you unless you want a late quince.this store caused broken dreams.

Alert!! To all future brides & quinceaneras, whatever you do, DO NOT go to Emily’s Flower’s & Bridal at 1478 George Dieter next to Big 8. Owned by a mother and daughter both named Elizabeth. DO NOT let this women deceive you, there business looks like a decent place, but in reality, these women are irresponsible, hypocrite, and thieves. These women ruined what was supposed to be the happiest day of my daughter’s life, her quinceanera. I made a contract with these women since January and was promised that everything would be ready a month before the quinceanera, the quinceanera was last weekend. Well, to the very day of my daughter’s quincenera I was still picking up stuff that was not ready before. The invitations were giving to me about 2 weeks before the quinceanera of course, still incorrect, incomplete, scratched, stained, and with glue all over the little boxes. The dress was all wrinkled and they almost kept the little purse and jacket that came with the dress, I had to tell them or else they would have kept them. The petticoat that I rented was all dirty. When I confronted her about it, her response was that it wasn’t going to show; again I had no choice because it was a day before my daughter’s quinceanera. I paid $175 for a bouquet that they promised was going to look exactly like the one my daughter wanted well, it looked nothing like it and they were sneaky about it too; they gave it to us until the day of the quinceanera. She promised to make a nice decoration for my daughter’s and her chambelans cups and she never did. The decoration of the knife set was falling apart on the day of the quinceanera, the signing pen didn’t work. These women would tell me that they would have something ready for me a certain day and when I would arrive there to pick it up, nothing was ever ready and they did not even have the courtesy to give me a call and let me know so I wouldn’t have to drive over there for nothing. I constantly had to be calling these women because they wouldn’t call me to let me know what was going on. But the worst thing that toped it all, is that on the day of the quinceanera when we arrived to the ballroom, we discovered that these women did not deliver the whole cake, my daughter and I began to cry these women literally ruined my daughter’s quinceanera. There trick is that you can’t take anything out until you pay the whole balance. I had to because I needed those invitations but, after I paid the balance they pretty much did whatever they wanted. They did not care anymore they already had their money. So please take this serious I don’t want this to happen to anybody it’s sad that you spend so much money and time on a special day and people like this ruin everything.!

DONT GO!!! Went to order homecomming garters for a group of cheerleaders..by the time they were on the parade they were comming apart! Out of 16 only 3 were complete! Went to have some the hem of two pants done...both were not done well and had to take both of them back. AWFUL!!! Excuse on gaters were that they did not put enought glue...when I made it clear they were for cheerleaders, on the pants they did not want to ruin the pans since they were dress pants, really??? In my opinion, I was having a tremendous amount of bad luck with this one business...or they did not know what they were doing! The one star is just because I had to rate it, it it was up to me there would be NONE!

Boyfriend, who lives in California, sent me flowers. I didn't hear the doorbell...the people at Emily's Flowers & Bridal were AWESOME!!! They went above and beyond to assure I received them on my birthday!!! Thank you!!
