        Snobby, rude, Sarcastic Finance MGR

        I had a great salesman, he was trying to do everything for me and my husband, I'm in the market for a Honda Pilot. We had trouble providing some proof of income so this finance MGR (white haired ) comes out to meet my husband and me, and tells us what he needs with a condescending attitude, my husband explained it would be rather difficult since he is retired and receives retirement and disabilities from different agencies. The man

        Had such an attitude the way he directed himself to my husband as if he was doing us a favor. We were already approved but apparently was irritated to come out of his office to tell us there were stipulations on the loan and needed more proof, wow I was so surprised.         I just wanted to share if you ...

        I just wanted to share if you are in the market for a new vehicle. I have had nothing but amazing experiences with El Paso Honda! My purchasing experience was great and today I had to have it serviced. I am near the end of my factory warranty and so among the things I needed done, they checked everything for me. I had to have a few other things replaced that I did not know about, one being a $650 part!! When I went in to pick up my van there was no charge to me. Great Service, Great People and always friendly.
