Deceptive about being my insurance being in network when I called. As new pt. was told good news no cavities. However I needed a regular cleaning on bottom teeth and mire expensive deep cleaning on top. When I asked them to just do regular cleaning they refused to do any if it - saying it wouldn't be unethical. Actually forcing me to have a procedure that would be more expensive and not allowing me to speak with Dentist was unethical. Bait and switch at its best. I refused service and when I asked for copies of images they wanted to charge me 50.00. My insurer got on line and told them there was no co-pay. Buyer beware. Very young staff is going to ruin this Dentist's practice.

There is always something "extra" your insurance does not cover. You will not be advise at the time of the visit, you will be receiving statements in the mail advising of amounts due. There are so many good Dentist in El Paso area.. just not this one.

I called a million times double checking that for a basic check up I would not have anything to pay. My insurance covers check ups. I called checking that there would be no deductible and they said no. They said IF I had to pay anything than it would be billed directly to the insurance. They said they would call and notify me before my appointment if I would have to pay anything. I show up for my appointment, finally fill out all the paperwork and THEN they inform me that that day I would have to pay $50. They need to get their information straight or a better receptionist.I called my insurance agent and they told me I was correct and that I shouldnt have to pay for anything.
