Very unprofessional. I work with an optometrist, and in one simple phone call, there was 3 HIPPA Violations. Your PERSONAL information is not safe.

Don't waste your time with this unprofessional business. My appointment the first time was at 2:00 PM. I showed up and he was FIVE clients behind. I could not wait so I had to reschedule. The second time my appointment was at 10:00 AM. I showed up at 10:00 and there were already three people ahead of me...wait, they open at 10:00, how can that be? Oh yeah, they way overbook!

Ok, so I wait and wait, and then at 10:35 the optometrist finally shows up. And there were three patients ahead of me!

I left...the heck with this nonsense!

Dont waste your time here. Rude staff with bad attitudes, not helpful. Went in twice and both times was greeted with attitude as if both women had better places to be. I went in to ask for a copy of my prescription and was told I needed to call ahead because they needed time to pull out my chart. I dont think its that difficult for a paper to be taken out of a filing cabinet.
