        My one on one experience with Dr Ramirez was satisfactory. However,
        the actual purchase of frame of lenses was highly unsatisfactory in that I was unable to exchange glasses to my satisfaction. The technician first advised me to contact my insurance, which I did, then the same technician refused to exchange glasses due to other technicalities that I was not advised of prior to purchasing these glasses. Bottom line, I purchased a pair of glasses that I am no totally satisfied with. I would NOT r...
