The Town of Horizon City has used several florists over its 20 year history - they have all been pretty much satisfactory. However, Debbie's Bloomers had gone above and beyond. Your arrangements are beautiful and the flowers are the freshest. We applaud your staff and thank you for being able to depend on you.

My husband ordered a Mother's Day flower arrangement of 2 dozen of roses, it probably was beautiful but I didn't get to see how beautiful it probably looked. The delivery person left it outside my house sitting on the floor, I was in my house that whole day and didn't hear the door bell ring not even once. My neighbor called me to let me know there were flowers and broken glass all over the place in front of my house. It was so sad to see my Mother's Day flowers on the floor and glass vase was broken in pieces. FYI, you NEVER leave a flower arrangement outside a house, not even if you have a thousand more deliveries to do, it has to be HAND delivered. It is a lack of respect for the customer to do that! $160 dollars my husband paid thrown away, never buying from this place!

This place was awful! I had an appointment to pick out flowers for my wedding and when I showed up they said the girl that did that was on a business trip. Instead of them offering to reschedule and saying sorry the guy states that maybe I didn't check my voicemail. I went somewhere else where I was treated with respect for dropping $2,000.00 on flowers. Save your energy and go where you are appreciated.

I have used them for years and recommended to others, but lately have noticed a drop in quality and service. In 2010, ordered a Valentine's arrangement and received it all wilted. Receptionist at wife's work had to revive them. On 12/20/10, had an Aniversary bouquet (ordered from their aniversary page and asked type of event on order page) sent to my wife. She received a Christmas looking bouquet, nothing like the picture on their website. I will be retracting my recommendations and cganging florist.
