Cuts R US

Horrible horrible customer service!!!!! Very disappointed I been coming here for the past 6 months and never experienced such bad service.!!!

I hate to say this, but I hope it helps other customers, to avoid coming here or at least to avoid getting their hair cuts with this specific lady. To be honest I don't know if she even deserves to be called a lady. Her name is Agustina Garcia, she works there and provides awful service.

She has no manners no patience with kids, no professionalism and no experience. She cuts hair however she wants, no what the customer asks for. And if you try to tell her that you want the hair shorter or if there's something you don't like about how she did your hair, she says she will charge you for another haircut. Seriously??? I have to pay extra for her mess ups??

It's ridiculous.
