        They are great, their entire staff is great!. They have been taking care of my bookkeeping and taxes for over 3 years. They are always accurate and prompt. I would rate them a 10.

        They sent my social security and income information out via e-mail - unencrypted! Spelled my name incorrectly on my tax return, used the incorrect address, sent me the wrong tax return (unencrypted) and did not respond to numerous requests for information via phone and via e-mail. VERY disappointed with all aspects of this provider.

        Overall

        We have been working with them for over 5 years. Clifford has been very precise and accurate in their work. We had a problem with property taxes which required us going to court. Clifford's work got everything straightened out for us.

        Overall

        Their service is very precise. They have done our accounting for 30 years and I am very pleased. The staff is wonderful and I know all of them by name. They have served all our needs in a timely fashion. I would never consider leaving them. I usually work with Rosa Martinez and Cliff himself. From a 1-10, I would give them a 10. I am very happy with their service.
