        I think assurance is probley the best company out there.A one stop shop. They took care of my kitchenhood,sprinklers and fire alarm. So as for there office people they took care of me really fastand where very nice. So I disagree with that other review. And century fire does not do all one stop stuff that assurance does they contract out some of there stuff. I know I called also to century. So keep up the good work and see you in six months.

        Do not agree with any of their choices

        Very disappointed with customer service. I just called today at 11/14 at 4:45 pm and the lady that answered the phone was very rude and condescending. I called the wrong number thinking I was calling Century Fire as I am in need of several quotes for my business, and instead of turning it around and offering her services I had to put up with her attitude. I can assure you that I will not call them for a quote which is a shame as we are a large manufacturing facility that has plenty of need of their type of services on an annual basis for compliance with Fire Dept.
