I got a very nice trim. The girl who did it was very nice and cared about what I wanted. It was a wnderful experience and fantastic. She took her time and gave me great hair advice cant wait for the next time!

I found this salon on Yelp, and decided to give it a try after I saw the positive reviews. I just needed to retouch my existing highlights and get a haircut. Sounds simple right?



As I was sitting in the chair, the owner came over and told the stylist to put new highlights and lowlights throughout my hair, which is not what I asked for, but I trusted her opinion. I thought they were trying a different technique to achieve my desired look. It was a stupid decision to trust her because she obviously didn’t know what I was looking for and because they jacked up the price to $180! $50 for the haircut from a “senior stylist” and $130 for the full highlights, which is $30 more bucks than what is listed on the site.



During the process, I noticed that the highlights were really light (I could even see the bright yellow when my hair was wet). So I asked the stylist several times if she was going to tone it darker and she kept saying yes. However, she did not add additional toner, she just washed it and said it was done. When I asked if she could make it darker, because I thought it was too light (AND stringy and yellow), she said that I would like it more when it dries.



Well I didn’t like it more when it dried. It was not was I wanted, and when I told the stylist this, she called the owner over. The owner was extremely confrontational and unprofessional. I am shocked that an established businesswoman would think that being pushy and confrontational is an appropriate way to interact with your customers. She said that my hair looked fine and that I could not change my mind over and over. I responded by saying that I did not change my mind over and over, the highlights came out too light and I wanted them toned down.



After arguing with me in front of everyone for a few minutes, the owner finally stepped away and let the other stylists apply the toner. The final look was not exactly what I wanted, but it was definitely closer.



It was just an absolutely horrible experience, but I felt proud of myself for not letting an abrasive, over-confrontational woman take advantage of me.



If you are looking for a place that will cater to your needs, this is definitely NOT the place.

I also went in there to get an ombré and I came out with a head full of highlights! I was so disappointed because I showed the girl the picture of how I wanted my hair and it came out to be the complete opposite. You'd figure a salon that "high quality" would know how to do an ombre and satisfied a customer especially when your paying almost 200 dollars for it. My experience was awkward because my girl didn't talk at all and while I was waiting for my hair to finish the other workers would look at me funny. I did not like this place at all. Way to expensive. Not worth it all because they don't even do what you ask for.

I really wanted to like this place, because of all the good reviews i kept reading about it. I went the first time for a hair cut and i actually really liked it, and after talking to the hair stylist about getting my hair colored and after listening to all the good stuff that person had to say about how much they continue their education while working there i decided to give it a shot. I wanted ombre hair, which is what's in right now, i took pictures to the person and the first thing i said was make sure my hair is NOT orange, because i am hispanic and when not done right, dark hair can turn orange when trying to achieve blonde. I always thought the place was very nice, and as i said i had been there before. I was very disappointed when at the end of the day i ended up with a whole head full of highlights and orange hair, on top of that, i had 2 different color highlights, obviously the ones on top, where my hair was virgin, were actually a nice color blonde, but the ends of my hair were orange, no ombre in sight, but a whole head of orange hair, and my roots had yellow highlights. Anyway, i told the person, but i was very disappointed, that after paying $180 for ombre hair, i was gonna have to go back to get it fixed, i was just thinking about the damage done to my hair. I understand people make mistakes, nobody is perfect and mistakes happen, so i decided to go back the next day to get it fixed, when i got there the owner who is VERY VERY nice by the way, talked to me and was trying very hard to understand and to fix the damage done, she helped the stylist choose what was gonna be done next to fix it. The part that i thought was the worst, and the reason why i will never go back there, was the fact that, while the person was fixing my hair, i could see him and another heavy set girl that works there doing the shampoos, laughing and making faces every time i said something, even the other male stylist there would laugh with him and make faces, when they thought i wasn't looking and was walking towards the dryer, like rolling their faces and smirking and stuff, they thought i wasn't looking but obviously is a salon, and they have plenty of mirrors, so i thought that was VERY VERY disrespectful. I was in no shape or form mean to them, i was actually very nice knowing that this was the second day and i had to go back to get color corrected and that i didn't even get what i wanted. What makes me sick is that, the person would think that they are such perfect stylist that they can't accept constructive criticism, and that they would think that they could never make mistakes, and need to make fun of the person sitting in the chair for asking what she paid for. SO, in conclusion, i would never go back there, but, if you are going there, i would recommend you go with the owner, she is very very nice, and i think it's sad that some people work so hard for something, and they have other disrespectful people working for them that don't really care about creating a bad name for a place because after all, it is not theirs. There is another girl there, a blonde girl, i think she is very nice also and a good stylist, i have seen some of the stuff she has done.

Internet sale- easy process for me based on time and convenience factor. Called dealership for T.J. for car I researched online prior to visiting this location. Was very pleasant process.

Nick and Brooke make such an awesome combo! Brooke did my color, which turned out beautifully and then Nick cut my hair. Love how healthy it looks now!

I loved the cut and color. Head massage was awesome too! Very relaxing environment and fun staff to be around.

I get a monthly hair cut here because my hair is short and grows really fast. Whenever I come in, the head massage is phenomenal! They take their time to wash my hair and make sure my haircut is perfect!

They have great staff here. The salon is very clean. She provided great service and I walked out with an excellent haircut. I loved the whole experience!
