        Wonderful doctor, highly recommended, except for employee Tina. She was answering phones, now she is doing medical assistant duties. Is she now a Medical Assistant? She does not introduce herself when she walks into the patient exam room. She is curt, rude and unprofessional. She talks down to the parent and demands from a child with an angry face. Maybe she is in the wrong field. You think? A smile and a friendly attitude are FREE... I rate Dr. Ramirez a 5 and his employee Tina --5.
