Horrible service te worst I have ever heard of and witnessed. I brought my car in for a wi Dow motor replacement and a flip up light motor replacement thy quotes me around 265 and two to three hours for the job. They never called to update me they. They started taking off parts and trying to replace them without my input or consent after two days I went to go look at my car and it was virtually untouched. My door panels were taken off and that's about it. Then he said the cost for everything would be over $965. This price jumped $700 in one day!!! I was so furious then he promise me it would be done the next day. I had to call them the next day to find out what was going on and they told me to come by at 5pm I went there at 5pm and he told me it still won't be done!!!! It's currently the sixth day and I'm still waiting for my vehicle! I don't want to pay for this crappy service and I want this place to stop giving business
I would not recommend this place to anyone. We had our car taken in for an A/C problem. We had to call them to get an update. They said it would take 2 hours to fix and would cost around $200. Well fast forward, it took 2 days and totaling at $999.00! I have never been so frustrated and pissed off!
For the 2 days we waited, we were planning our days around the pick up time. First it was, "it'll be ready in 2 hours" and then after 2 hours, they said 3 hours and then after that, they said, "oh it'll be ready tomorrow." until it ended up being two days. When they called to say it was ready, that's when they dropped the bomb about the price of $999.00. Do not waste your time and money with such a dishonest company!
Horible service. They did not honor their warranty. Staff was so inconsistent with the problem on my truck. I wouldnt recommend this place at all. Staff gave me the run around about the issue with my A/C. They did not inform me about the real problem with my A/C. I took it elsewhere and they gave me a more reasonable price and told me the real problem on my truck. I would never go back there again!
