        Overall

        My appointment was for 8:30 a.m. At 8:50, I called the technician to see if he needed directions to my home and he stated he was just getting off the freeway. That would have only been 10 minutes more. At 9:30, I called again and didn't get an answer. I called two more times and finally left a message cancelling my appointment. Maybe he would have done a nice job repairing my oven, but I'll never know, since he didn't show up.
