We went for lunch and the door was locked. We could see people inside and the hostess was on the phone and opened the door to let us in. She kept talking on the phone and finally put the caller on hold and seated us. There was a couple at one table who just got served and another couple finished their lunch and left. Two men and a woman were the waiters but none came to bring us water or take orders for at least 10 minutes. A busboy brought us water then proceeded to clear off the table behind us. He was taking his time and finally my husband asked if anyone was around to take our order. He said "Yeah I'll get someone" then finished clearing off the table and slowly wandered off to get our waiter. In the far corner I saw a waiter and waitress looking at us, talking and pointing but neither one came over. Fifteen minutes later, a waiter came over to see if we needed drinks. I told him "The service here is awful." We had been there at least 15 minutes before we got any water and another 15 minutes before he came to take our order for drinks and lunch. He told us, "that waitress forgot to tell me you were in my area so I yelled at her. Sorry it took so long." When we got our drinks I didn't notice at first but there was a blob of some kind of food on the edge of my glass. The waiter took it away and brought me another drink. That glass had lipstick on it! Our table was sticky, dirty and had black burn marks on it. All the chairs are tan suede but filthy. The longer we sat there the madder I got at such a disgusting place. I asked the waiter if we could see the manager so he brought the hostess over. I told her that customer service is important in any business. When a customer comes in the door while you're on the phone, you should ask the person on the phone to hold. She agreed and apologized. When I mentioned the slow service, dirty glasses, table and chairs she told me that the Hawaiian show had fire works that singed the tables. That is no excuse for all the sticky dirty tables and chairs. The waiters seemed oblivious to serving anyone quickly if at all, and they need some grooming and dress code improvements. After several apologies the hostess said she'd give us 20% off our bill which came to a little more than $3.00, not much for what we had to tolerate. I was anxious to get out of there but on the way out we had to stop in the restroom. Our grand finale in this dump was the fact that none of the faucets in the ladies room worked. I asked my husband if they worked in the mens' room and he said they didn't. Where it says "This business deserves a star rating of . . ." I would say they need to make a lot of changes and clean up the place before I'd consider giving them a minus let alone one half star!
We have gone for date night, family dinner and dinner with friends and we have dined on sliders, salads, steaks and more. The food was always delicious and the service was terrific. There is indoor dining and a nice covered patio with live music most nights.

Provided by SuperpagesThis place is pretty cool. The setting reminds me of a the Las Vegas club style restaurants. Nice to have a non-chain upscale restaurant in this area. Menu is great, though they are still working through the growing pains of a new restaurant (informed staff).
