I couldn't have asked for a better experience. From start to finish, every part of the transport was done professionally and efficiently. Everyone was also very kind and polite.

Aeromedevac got my brother and I back home after he broke his leg in multiple places while skiing. We knew he was going to need surgery and wanted it done in out home state. Aeromedevac got us home safe and sound and super fast.The entire experience was about as efficient as it could get. All the little details were taken care of and my brother was kept comfortable the whole flight.

Professional but so courteous and friendly. The really took care of everything...all the details, which is so great as I wouldn't even know where to start. They treated my family like they were theirs.

My company had Aeromedevac on site when we were holding a big off-road race event out in the desert. We had to mkae sure we had an easy an accessible way to get to medical treatment if someone was injured. They were great!

The entire flight team was quite wonderful. They offered so much and were always searching out ways to fo more to make me comfortable. Very fast and efficient. From the moment they were contacted to the time we were in the air, went by very fast. They moved quickly and focused on my needs and getting my to the hospital safely. I felt like I was in greatr care.From the moment they arrived to the follow up afterward, they were great. Always professional, polite and keeping my updated on what was going on in the follow up.

It was such a relief to feel my loved ones and I were in good hands during a serious accident while traveling. I was stressed and worried and near panicking and Aeromedevac took care of just about everything. They made me feel, finally, that things were going to be okay. A million hugs to the crew and everyone I spoke to on the phone.

What a great crew! The were efficient and professional when dealing with me and I was worried and probably seemed a little crazy. They were courteous and really showed they cared.

The crew members were very friendly and helpful. My family and I were in Mexico and luckily found a number to reach them quickly.

Their medical team was great and they got to where I was very quickly. I'd never had to rely on any air ambulance before so it was rather nerve wracking but this company did everything they could to make sure I was getting the best care possible

Great service and crew on board! I feel thoroughly blessed that these people were so quick and caring when I was in need. Not the best way to end a vacation but lucky their services were close by
