We are STILL getting billed for their annual service charge of $287 despite promises from their parent company [VNI] to drop our account. They lied to us.

Summit uses high pressure salesmanship to push their product. STAY AWAY!!!

This is a viable company that sells vacation booking services through a membership. Some people save A Whole LOT of money and time using them to book their travel. It's really pretty simple, and they also tell you this in the presentation, if you don't need the service don't buy it. It is a Great deal for some!! I saw some of the bad comments and thought I had better tell about my excellent experience with them. They get five stars from me for cost savings and customer service.

Do NOT buy anything from this company and do not plan on using the free gifts unless you are very flexible and do not care where you go or how you get there. They use very HIGH PRESSURED Sales and then basically force you to but on the spot. You will have buyer’s remorse for sure! Never make a decision regarding large amounts of money on the spot. If it sounds too good to be true it probably is and if it is a respectable company no one pressure you to make an on the spot decision and the sale would still be available to you the next day.

STAY AWAY!! This place is a complete SCAM! The group gives a presentation...what is presented is NOT what you sign up for. Very high-pressure sales. Now we'd like to get our money back, because we've tried using our package, and it's not at all what they sold us...no one is ever at the office, we've been refered to Georgia to try and get our money back...it's just a huge mess. I have cried and cried over how foolish I was to sign up for this "deal". At the least, I'm out $1400, at the most I'm out $5000. If this helps someone else, then that's good. I'm about to stand outside the business with signs so that other people don't fall for this trap the way I did.

My husband and I attended, in ...

My husband and I attended, in good faith, a presentation by this company in Edmond, OK recently and were promised two free airline tickets for our time. After going to the presentation we received a certificate to contact another party, Premium Incentives, who basically wants us to jump through a million hoops in order to receive our tickets and they want us to keep sending them money for "fees". Pretty interesting since we were told we would receive "free" airline tickets! Folks, don't waste your time with this. I realize now that the company knows most people won't pursue the tickets (totally ridiculous rules and time factors) so I feel that it is really false advertising and may try to bring some awareness to both Summit Travel and this crazy Premium Incentives/Fly America group! Also, I have since found out that many different companies use Premium Incentives with the same promise of free airline tickets or cruises, etc., and there are many, many complaints floating around! Don't waste your time! Even if you are able to coordinate your travel, they will book your flights with crazy flight times (leaving at 11:00 pm, etc.!). NOT WORTH IT! BE AWARE!!

STAY CLEAR!!!! This business...

STAY CLEAR!!!! This business is involved in very deceitful practices in how it recruits business - not all information and details are clearly stated - rather, they are hidden under terms like "subject to qualification," and "certain restrictions apply," leaving it wide open for them to usurp everything from you but give you NO REAL VALUE in return. Do yourself a big favor - STAY AWAY!
