My go to cleaners in Edmond. The staff is nice and understanding. When I was there an older gentlemen came in and got upset because they didn't have anywhere he could change. The employee was nice, respectful, apologized and told him there wasn't anywhere he could change. I thought he handled it well but you can't please everyone. They do a superb job and I appreciate them and what they do.

My go to. They're great here.

I was in need of a new cleaners so I came here and spoke with a gentleman up front. I asked him questions and he responded courteously, even addressing me as sir. I saddened to find out that pants with starch weren't included in the special. But after speaking with the individual up front he threw me a bone and charged me less than what he supposed to. He said he appreciated the fact that I asked questions and I was patient. I'm former military so I love my creases and they never disappoint. If I could leave 10 stars I would.

This is my go to cleaners! The customer service is wonderful. I always like to ask a ton of questions before I get my clothes cleaned and the man was so helpful and polite. I would definitely recommend this dry cleaners to everyone!

My first time here I asked what the 3pant special includes cause you ask questions right? You don't just assume. Their prices are low and turn around time isn't too bad. If I ever have any special requests then they take care of me. It's my go to place. Yeah sometimes there are mistakes but who's perfect right?

I'd gone to their other store for the $7.99 special, one pair came back double creased, they offered to re-press but it would be another 3 or 4 days.I needed to wear them before they could return them to me.

2nd chance, went directly to the main store. The owner's son was on the counter, explaining problem with double creases last time asked him to please make a note about importantce of to a single sharp crease.

As at their other location I said to starch however they could but please ensure they have a sharp single crease.

When picking them them up I see one of the pair had double creases, the son showed little concern about this. I reminded him how important I said this was, he agreed to have them re-pressed.

Then he says yhe bill is $11.99, I tell him it should be $7.99, he replied "you asked for starch and that is not the special."

I told him their other store was still $7.99, if there was going to be an additional charge this time he should have said so when I dropped them off.

He said you didn't tell me you wanted the $7.99 special, and we added starch so its $11.99.

Me "So, you didn't press my pants as requested, and now you want to overcharge me I want to speak to the owner", he says "that's my mother, this is what she said to charge you".
Me: "that's ridiculous, if you over-charge me I will tell everyone I know about your bad service & post about it on social media".

Him: go ahead, & then he insults my appearance (essentiall indicating I was overweight).

By this point I'm quite angry and using inappropriately words not typical for me, grabbed my clothes and stormed out (more to cool off)

Throwing the pants into my vehicle I return inside & tell him "I will pay $7.99, but if you charge me $11.99 I will dispute the difference. I took my receipt and reported the merchant to my bank card in case the amount was later changed.

There are too many other reputable cleaners in Edmond to put up with a rude & unethical business like Star Cleaners.

WORSE PLACE TO GET YOUR CLOTHES CLEANED!!!!!! THEY DISCOLORED A WHITE BLAZER OF MINE AND TURNED IT PINK WITH STAINS ON IT. WHEN I BROUGHT IT TO THEIR ATTENTION, THEY DENIED IT AND BASICALLY TOLD ME I WAS LYING EVEN THOUGH I HAD PICTURES OF THE BLAZER BEING WHITE. THEY TOLD ME I HAD TURNED IT IN LIKE THAT. DO NOT GO THERE!!!!!!!!! DOES NOT EVEN DESERVE 1 STAR!!!!
