Bryant Place Apartments

My daughter lives here and will continue to live here through the next year. She does enjoy it and gets the roommate style living but off of campus and with more room and her own bathroom. She had told me the 24/7 computer lab is very convient for her as it is a small walk away. I feel safe knowing she is enjoying her stay.

DO NOT LIVE HERE. When my extremely loud neighbors aren't keeping me up, it's the mice. We also have fiddlebacks, cockroaches, and black mold that the office refuses to take care of. My roommates and I had to called multiple times a day every day for three weeks before they sent maintenance to fix our dryer which still takes 3 cycles to work. The show room on the tour is so much nicer than the actual apartment. My closet is the size of a shoebox and my rent is $600 every month. The lack of parking is ridiculous and the parking lot set up causes multiple wrecks every day. When I moved in, my room was disgusting and had no been cleaned. My bathroom had pubes in piles everywhere and it was horrifying. They lost $300 of my rent that I had a receipt for and they still forced me to pay it. The staff is extremely rude and unhelpful. My attorney looked at the lease and even dying can't break it, your consigner is still liable.

DO. NOT. SIGN A LEASE HERE.

Update: AGAIN DO NOT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE. They don't know renters law and will try to charge you illegal and outrageous charges after you move out. Charged the room 50 bucks for carpet cleaning that wasn't needed because the carpets were brand new because the last renters had rabbit feces everywhere! Just a tip BP, you can't charge for normal wear and tear!



Very bad when it comes to management help, very dirty complex, dirty walls and messed up baseboards. Maintenance sent a guy up today and he stole 20 dollars from my roommates dresser while he was in the room alone. Do not consider this place.

This place is a total rip off. I wouldn't recommend anyone to live here, the amount of money you pay in rent is by far not worth what you receive. When I moved in the apartment was a complete mess and was dirty had holes in the paper thin walls. The carpet is cheap and not very well padded underneath so I always had complaints from down stairs neighbors. This is not to mention that I have had a stove burner broke now for 6 months and have repeatedly reported it and it still hasn't been fixed. This doesn't even cover all the hidden fees and the clauses that lock you into the lease where theres no way to get out and they charge you for every little thing you can imagine. They charged me and my room mates one month an outrageous price for electricity saying that the power company charges more in winter months while the temperature is below freezing, I contracted the power company turns out that was a lie and it's the exact opposite, that winter months are cheaper by the KW/h. The pool is disgusting and half of the machines in the gym are broken, and if you live next to the pool don't plan on sleeping because there's a party just about every night. On top of all that anytime I have had to go talk to management none of them act like they have any idea what the hell is going on in this place or have the answers to your questions. LEASE AT YOUR OWN RISK!

Dog manXger Michxel in Bryant place like a money eating monster there, he usualy used lot of tricking word to cheat you sign the contract,afterthat, your nightmare just begin, you will be realizead the actual room is so ugly, so many ppl share a small kitchen ,no ways to change the room but pay dog Michxel $150 1st, find someone replace your lease, pls pay Dog Michxel $150 1 st, dog Michxel also charge you at least $50 bucks more on eletric every month. Why dog Michxel is so fat? No wonder, Very simple answer coz he just sit in office and busy on eattin' penny for his breakfast, lunch, dinner and no work everyday......damn he is so fat........
