        Terrible experience beware!

        I had an absolutely terrible experience here. I called and asked if I could come in the next day (sat) to become a member. They told me that I could, which was perfect. I had a client and wanted to pick up her color. I drive 25 min and was told that their store was "offline" and I could not join. i could not buy anything in the store eventhough I had my cosmetology license on me. This experience left me in a panic because I had a client in a few hours. I tried calling the number online to complain which was closed until Monday . Horrible experience and horrible customer service! I ended up going to cosmos which gave me no problems joining and took about 5 min. I'm telling my salon to never use this place
