Overall

These guys are a bunch of thieves. I would give them ZERO stars if that was possible. Never do business with them. I am in the process of contacting AUDI USA and consumer affairs and the Better Business Bureau to file a complaint about them.

I leased a 2014 Q7 from them. The sales man talked me into purchasing the service package which is supposed to include all regular service and FULL brake replacement. When they took my car for the 15000 mile servicing, I told them to check the brakes. First their sales rep TJ Trivedi told me that I had about 3 mm left on the front brake pads and that I should replace them before they wear into the metal. He indicated that there would be a charge for that. When I reminded him that my service plan included full brake replacement, he was taken back; he had not reviewed my service plan. Then he told me that I have to pay $100 to replace the brake sensors. I told him that does not sound right since my service plan included full brake replacement, I don't understand why that would only include half the work and i would be asked to pay for any part of it. He insisted it was not included. I told him NOT to change the sensors and to just leave what was there - the sensor light had not activated so the sensors were fine. Then he said that sensors would break off during the replacement. I told him that did not sound right and to just leave the brake sensors alone.

Needless to say I got the car back with the brake light on - (this was not the case when I took the car to them.) I researched on the internet and discovered that if the sensors were not activated to begin with, they should be working fine after a brake pad replacement. And contrary to what TJ told me, they don't break off of during pad replacement. In fact, they early detach and attach to the pads without much work at all. TJ outright lied to me. I contacted their sales manager Scott who was not much help. He simply said he would look into and tried to cover up for TJ. I have a very strong feeling this is their store policy. ROB and steal from the customer anything you can.

NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS DEALER!!!!!!

Horrible dealership. Don't bother, go somewhere else. The salesman was fired right after my sale, and i was calling for help and of course, no one told me...i was told he would get back to me, how could he, he wasnt working there anymore. They screwed up my car registration and plate transfer and charged me nearly 400 dollars and I had to correct their mess and when I told them that and I should be reimbursed that amount since I did all the work, they told me they couldnt. They offered me a free car wash, okay. This place is awful. The Managers are liars and arrogant and they treat you as if you are beneath them. I saved for years to buy an Audi and I was looked down upon, as if I couldnt afford it. This is one dealership that should go under and I would have no sympathy for them.
