Artisan Home Health Care

My grandfather loves the service. He lives alone and we have been very concerned about him living by himself. He had service from other home care agency before and the agency kept sending different people to his house during the first week the service started. We then decided to find other agency. This is when we found Artisan Homecare. Their pricing is reasonable and the service is outstanding! They have very professional people. The case coordinator was able to work with our scheduled based on my grandfather's needs and save us a lot of money. My grandfather now is so happy with the home health aide who takes him to the doctor visits, grocery shopping...etc. We are very happy with the service from Artisan Homecare.

To make it short, we love the service we are getting from Artisan home care. They work with family members like a team. We finally decided to stay with Artisan after trying few other agencies. I know how hard it is to find a good agency. The last agency we tried would send unlicensed home health aide to our come and take care of my grandfather who requires a lot of help with his ADLs. The home health aide does not know how to transfer my grandfather safely, refused to cook unless it is microwave food...etc. It is unbelievable how hard it is to find a good agency. It took us a little longer, but we like Artisan home care a lot now. We have been with Artisan for about 9 months now. cannot complain the service!
