You will find this review on every single website I could find because that's how much I hate(d) living here. Don't move here unless you want a miserable experience. It's not even that cheap. My primary reason to live here was location and the very pet-friendly policy. I live(d) in unit 61 and I'm moving out as soon as I can save enough to break the lease. Don't let the story about new management fool you. This is an old complex that wasn't kept up in the first place and the changes here have been mostly cosmetic. So, even if you visit you won't be able to tell how bad the problems are. Here are the reasons not to live here:



1) Roach infested units (can't tell until you live there and the manager is constantly hiring pest control to go into your unit, exposing you to pesticide at least every other week and impacting privacy.)



2) The plumbing is shot to hell and leaks are common. My unit has had a large leak every month that I've lived here, sometimes one week after the other.



3) Wall/ceilings are SUPER thin. Good luck finding any peace here.



4) The back laundry room unit has super shoddy washers that are on the fritz and sometimes steal your money.



5) After telling us three months ago potholes would be fixed, only half of its done within the complex.



I will say management is responsive to repair requests, but that's because this is their property and prolonged problems mean they'll lose money in the long run. Other than that I'm unimpressed.



DO NOT MOVE HERE. Seriously, I didn't listen to the one review I found and regret that very much. If you move here and end up hating it you'll have no one to blame but yourself.

Horrendous!!! Warned us that they had cockroach infestations and that an exterminator came once a month...never saw him. Said she would install a ceiling fan, never did. Why did we need a ceiling fan? Because they took almost two weeks to fix our broken A/C; it was so hot we had to stay at our friend's house. They also mentioned they had a pool; when we signed the lease she said it was working, when we got in and found a broken light...yes a broken light at the deep end, and then she decided to inform us it was broken and no one was allowed in; and oh yea there was mold in it too (the actual reason why it was "closed".)

Its not what it looks like. I informed the manager/supervisor that there were a lot of plants with thorns or stickers that were ending up in the pool and that t people were stepping on them around the pool area. All she did was went out and told the kids to stop walking around the pool and stay inside the pool cus they were spreading them lol. Wow!! great solution. Then just the other day I get a call from there, I returned the call, and she said noone called from there. When I asked for a name she said it didnt matter cus she had not called me and hung up on me. I called again and no answere lol. Im glad I dont live there AWFUL MANAGEMENT making it an awful place to live in.

Terrible place to live at. From experience, lived there almost 3 yrs., but the rent was cheap I must say. They dont relay messages to you, do not give you heads up on upon renewing your lease so therefore they up your rent. so how is it fair to give them a 30 day notice of evacuating not knowing there going to raise your rent? Terrible! Did not expect my full deposit back, but come on, they took away over $135 dollars off from my deposit that I should've gone back a decent check! You try to call them and leave messages but they will not return your call when you most need it............
