No compassion for their residents whatsoever. I should know my Mother was there for three years. The owner/administrator closed the door to her room because he claims that my Mother was removing her clothes and being to loud., which is impossible because they had her chemically restraint. Think twice before putting your love one there. My mother is in a different facility now and doing much better. Amazing!!! She is ALIVE again.

The CNA's are all wonderful, BUT Mary Ortiz is the BEST. My mother can be very difficult but with Mary she behaves herself. She is always telling Mary that she loves her, and she only lets Mary bathe her. I hope Mary never leaves Arbor View because she is so patient and loving with all the residents. Mary has not been herself lately, so I hope she is not considering leaving Arbor View. It would be a TREMENDOUS loss to the nursing home residents if she left. Mary can never be replaced...there is only one Mary. Thank you, and God bless.
