Great food, outstanding service and reasonably priced. Very clean and comfortable.
A real keeper on our most liked restaurant list.

The staff was very pleasant and the Chile Rellanos are delicious everytime I order them ! I'm very happy Edgewater has another Mexican Restaurant in town that is good and affordable ! Really helps when you have a family and can afford to go out to dinner...a nice treat !

While always on quest for a good Mexican restaurant that is not part of a chain, we waited with anticipation for Plazuelas to open and at last stopped in for lunch last Sunday. The staff is good, the atmosphere clean and semi traditional. The salsa is usually a first indicator for success. It was not. The other items we ordered also fell far short with the exception of the chicken. This is one to avoid. Obtaining a liquor license will not help and we'll keep looking.

Do not go here. We went at 7:00 pm on a Thurs night. It was packed and there was 2 families on the waiting list before us. One was seated and as we waited a group of 4 came in and demanded a table. The hostess seated them at the next table by-passing 2 on the list. Whne we questioned the, they replied that the group had a reservation but there was no reservation sheet and the group never mentioned a reservation. The manager refusted to get involved so we went elsewhere. Too many resutaurantst in Edgewater to deal with bad servcie bfore you even sit down.

This place just opened last week. I ordered a combination plate, and my friend ordered the mole ranchero. Both were very tasty. The combination plates, however do not come with any side dish. Overall, the food was very good. They currently are not serving alcohol, due to the county being slow in approving their liquor license, but they hope to have that resolved in the next month. Recommend highly.
