As our understanding of Covid-19 improves we are beginning to see more patients returning to our clinic. We are working carefully to maintain social distancing as well as possible, utilizing private treatment rooms and limiting the number of patients in our waiting rooms and treatment area. We are also asking all patients and staff to comply with CDC recommendations include wearing a mask when in public areas in the clinic. We are cleaning surfaces carefully between patients. With all this in place, we hope you feel safe returning to the clinic if you have need for our services. You do not need a referral in most cases, and you can also contact your primary care provider to let them know you would like PT services. We would count it a privilege to address your neck/back pain, sports injuries, lymphedema, balance issues, or mobility limitations. We look forward to the opportunity to assist in your return to health.
Physical Therapy

Occupational Therapy
Our physical therapists offer years of experience to provide a thorough and precise evaluation. Using the information gathered throughout the evaluation, our therapists design programs customized to fit the individual needs of each patient. Coastal Rehabilitation therapists have outstanding and diversified skills in the fields of physical and occupational therapy.
Back Pain
Manual Therapy
At your initial evaluation, your therapist will complete an examination and develop a plan of care which may include: exercise program, manual therapy, and other treatments. You may receive some treatment during your initial visit so dress appropriately.

Ankle Sprain
Thank you so much for the help with my sprained ankle! The staff at CRI was very knowledgeable, caring, and efficient. The therapy I received at CRI made a vast difference in my ability to walk normally. I am now able to walk and go up and down the stairs without pain!
