We are very sorry to hear that you had an unpleasant experience at Eastpointe Manor. Yes, you have been doing business with us for 10 years now. In those 10 years we never once raised your price although the cost of everything has gone up for us. We absorbed that cost and kept your party at the same price because we appreciated the relationship we had built over the years. We gave you outstanding service over the past 10 years as we do for each of our clients. The room your party was held in has a minimum requirement of 120 people, which you did not meet. However, in order to accommodate your guests we have allowed you to have the larger room without an additional charge. Our banquet hall has two rooms as do most other halls. As a business, if a customer comes in and wants to book a party in a room that is available, of course we are going to accommodate them just as we did for you. If you wanted the whole hall to yourselves you had an option to rent out the whole facility. When your party complained that the music was too loud coming from the other party, we did in fact ask them to turn down their music. The wedding party was nice enough to accommodate this request. Again, we are very sorry to hear that you were displeased with your latest experience at Eastpointe Manor.

After bringing my organization to this venue for 10+ years and spending over $15,000 here, we will NO LONGER be using Eastpointe Manor. My organization was holding a quiet annual banquet where players from a wheelchair hockey league attend with their families to celebrate the season. We were also paying tribute to a player who had recently passed away..... and booked in the next room was a LOUD wedding, blaring music during our entire stay, not turning it down and being rude, the staff didn't seem to care - ruining our banquet and a special night for many of our players & families and drowning out our speeches. We got in contact with the owner and his exact words were "you're not getting a refund, and I don't care if you come back" - oh don't worry we won't be - and you just lost guaranteed annual business.

We are having a quiet awards banquet and the music is VERY loud in the room next to us separated by a thin wall. We spoke to management and asked their DJ ourselves if they could turn the music down a bit. Nothing was done. We called the owner and he said that he won't give us any money back and we "don't have to come back next year." That wedding is a one time event; we've been here 10 years. We planned to continue coming but due to the poor booking and the rudeness if the owner we will find another hall. So they lost our business and I plan own sharing this experience however and wherever I can since I'm local.

I recently had an event at Eastpointe Manor. I was really pleased with the exceptional service we received!! Everyone went out of their way to make sure our party was a hit!!! The food was excellent and the hall itself is beautiful. If anyone is planning an event you should really consider choosing Eastpointe Manor as your location... you will not be disappointed!!!
