Caruso Services

I decided to have a very large branch cut off of a tree in my front yard. I called Caruso Tree Service and Jeff Caruso arrived on my doorstep twenty minutes later. He gave me a quote and had the branch cut down all within a matter of a few hours. He had included removal of the wood into the cost, and as I was handing him a check for $375.00, he informed me that the next crew was on their way to haul it away. When they never showed up, I called to question him about it and was told that he had made a deal with my neighbor who was going to take it. This was obviously a lie seeing as how the pile of wood is still sitting in my front yard two months later after repeated phone calls which have been ignored. Furthermore, why did I pay him for removal if my neighbor was going to take it? I find it strange that Jeff Caruso was able to swoop in, do half a job and collect my money, but somehow cannot find the time to come back and get this wood. I certainly hope he can find time to show up at court. If I could give this business zero stars I would.
