Wonderful place. Loaded up my Fjord and went for a saddle fitting. In my old age I decided to try my hand at English riding and didn't have a clue of what kind of saddle to get or what might fit my Fjord. Well, I learned a lot and actually walked out with a beautiful, comfortable saddle that fit my horse like nothing ever has. Love this saddle, it adjusts with an allen wrench and I can use it on all my horses without taking it apart! I didn't have to sell one of them to afford it either ;). Thanks to all who helped me last week and the owner Julie even came by to see if there was anything she could do. Oh, also did I mention my horse loves the new saddle. She is riding better and even eager to take the bit now. You have a very happy customer.

I have been to almost every tack shop in the area and I must say that this store is beautiful but the treatment from the owner is lacking. She talked over me and talked to me like I knew nothing about anything and gave me the impression that she knew everything about anything. I have been around horses my whole life and for this person to give me the impression that she thought that I knew nothing only made me realize that she seems to care more about the dollar and her image than to listen to a customer. I know what I am looking for when I need something and she should have asked and listened to what I had to say and then make suggestions from there. I left without spending a cent and I will never return. My advice is, if you're looking to purchase tack from a store owner then do your research because that person's opinion also has the dollar in mind, at least that is what I felt.
