Been going to Giselle for about 10 years. My Chloe will not let anyone touch her but Giselle. She’s a loving, kind person and stops whatever she’s doing when I come in with Chloe ..We won’t go anywhere else.

I have been bringing my shih tzu here for almost 10 years and the service has been phenomenal. They treat my dog like family and it is clear that these people are animal lovers. I recommend going to Pet-N-Stuff.

Giselle is the best groomer we have ever had. She is kind, caring and does a great job on all 3 of my dogs. The dogs come home happy and I can tell they were taken good care of while I'm gone. We are very happy to have a groomer that truly loves her job, and the animals she takes care of.

The groomer/ owner grooms the dogs well, however she is forgetful and flighty,. Take everything off the dog that you don't want her to give to someone else or forget to give you back. Like a leash or a collar. My fear: she may return to wrong dog to the wrong owner. just when you think you have everything, you realize that because of the sweet bandanna she adds, you may not see that she neglected to put on the dogs collar, name tags and all. Heaven forbId you're not thrilled that this is the second time she has done this, last time she actually gave my extender leash to someone else which is why I took everything with me except the collar and tags, she throws you out. NoT me, but my 22 year old daughter who went back for them. However, if you're fine with all this, by all means go to her. I, for me, am going to PetSmart on 611. In Bartonsville. Great store, fabulous veterinarians at Banfield which is located in the store, and about the same price if not cheaper, grooming rates. And they too, do a lovely job, minus the flightiness, nastiness and rudeness.
