Not pleased with the way the conduct business very unprofessional

This place never answers the phone. I've been calling multiple times throughout the day for over a week and have gotten nowhere! Some of the employees have the rudest attitudes. They finally fixed the application process so you don't have to stand in line for 2hours but the lack in service is a huge problem.

hello i am very disappointed about the way they conduct business,i have been calling their office because i am disabled and i am moving from where i live right now. i have been trying to tell them about my move but no one ever answers the telephone when i call, the phone just rings forever,but i know the state has a secretary for this office.NO wonder people act so silly with them when they come to their office.
