Three Village Womans Health LLP

I have been going to Three Village Women's Health since I was 14 years old. The staff I have met and dealt with have all been so kind and understanding as I grew up, making sure that everything I needed to know was clear to me and answering all my questions. I originally went there because my periods were so heavy and irregular I would get sick to my stomach from the cramps, and they helped me talk to my mother and assure her that putting me on birth control would help my symptoms (which it did immensely) and that it didn't mean I was going to run off and become sexually active because I was given the pill. When I got older they helped me change my forms so I was the only one who could see my information. They walked me through everything both medically and emotionally when another doctor thought I needed to be tested for PCOS. I honestly couldn't have asked for a more caring group of people to be in my life all these years. They were a huge help to me in my adolescence and now in my early adulthood and I look forward to seeing them for all my "women's health" needs as I continue to get older.

0 Stars-I'm so disappointed with this practice. I've been going to them since before my first child was born in 2003 (over 7 years). It has changed for the worse. They should care a bit more about customer service. My appointments are rescheduled numerous times and when I finally get in, I'm told they had an issue when they ran my insurance card. They knew this the day before my appointment but didn't feel my time was important enough to notify me so I drive all the way there, only to be told I can't be seen until my insurance is straightened out (after already waiting 45 minutes). According to them, my only options were: call insurance from there and straighten it out or reschedule and work it out from home. If they had told me this the day before, when they knew, I could have already called insurance and worked it out before showing up for my appointment. Why is their time more valuable than mine? Very disappointed. Taking my business to a practice that cares about their patients and their patient's time.
