Premier Transportatioan Services

My friend contracted with Premier Transportation services for his weekend wedding. The shuttle was to take us from the Hampton in in Parsipanny to the Atrium is W. Orange. The hotel lobby said pick-up times were 5:30 and 6, so about 25 of us anxiously awaited the 6 pm pick up. We waited...and waited...but nobody came. Finally around 6:20, one of us called the service and she said she would take care of it, but 6:40 rolled around and still no bus. The wedding was starting at 6:45, so needless to say we were all a bit peeved. I called and called (repeatedly getting a busy signal) until someone finally answered at 7:04. She blamed the driver and said it wasn't her fault (I wasn't blaming her) and that the driver said he was 10 minutes away. At 7:23 he still wasn't there, so I called back again. She called me back a few minutes later to day the driver was two minutes away...this time he really was. When I asked the driver what happened, he blamed the girl back in the office and said she wrote up the order wrong. He didn't apologize. I don't know (or care) whose fault it was - it shouldn't have happened. More than 20 of us missed a once in a lifetime moment because of the incompetence at this company.
