Elegant Eyes

Well as i can see everyone has a complaint about the same man cabral and i believe them all. This "manager" is the brother and it is own by the mother and sister so he has no authority but they let him get away with everything,that just makes him treat the employees and customers like dirt. We the people should not have people like this operating in our community. This place should be boycotted avoid at all cost!!!!!

This is the second pair of glasses I have bought from Elegant Eyes. They make you take the protective glare and I don't understand its purpose. I don't know if the right prescription was put in my glasses. I got them last year, now it's one year and I am having a problem. I can't even see the writings on my television. I can't even read. My vision is blurred. I am going back to them tomorrow. I don't even wear makeup, so I don't even know what the problem is. It seems like I will have to get new glasses in just less than a year. I won't be going to elegant eyes again. This is the second time.

I'm extremely dissatisfied with Elegant Eyes in East Orange. They screwed up my glasses, putting the wrong Rx in one lens. I asked them if I could have bottle of eye glass cleaner (which sells for $1.00) as a nice gesture for my inconvenience. The so-called manager, Cabral Miller, decided that my time, my headaches, my difficulty driving and walking with the wrong lens wasn't worth $1.00

Elegant Eyes used to be a well-respected local owned business. I was a loyal customer for years. Apparently those days are over in the East Orange lication.

I had a poor experience with this establishment when I first ordered my glasses 2 years ago but decided to give them another try when I recently broke the same glasses. Big mistake!!!The manager, Cabral Miller, refused to allow me to view my previous records stating, "we have the records but don't share them with our customers". When asked why not Mr Miller could not provide a reasonable explanation. I then asked if the glasses I previously purchased could be repaired and was told it would take 3 days. I was leery because when I ordered the glasses I was always given dates the glasses would be available that were not delivered in the time frame as promised. A one week order took 3 weeks and each week I had to call the store to follow up on my order instead of the other way around. When I advised Mr Miller of this previous experience he didn't exactly provide me assurances that the repair order could be promised in a timely manner. His total lack of empathy and poor customer service skills make this one place I would encourage all to never use.

I wouldn't recommend this place to a puppy they are the worst !!!! First there's a nasty little dog roaming around the eye examination rooms how unsanitary ??! Then there is a nasty manager which he refused to give his name but I found out anyway he told me to google him and said it's optional to service customers. He has ZERO customer service skills!!!! The staff are nonchalant and the doctor has an attitude and refused to see my mother because she had a doctors appointment but we called a head of time save your money and go somewhere else if I could rate this place zero stars I would have and the nasty managers name is cabral miller he looks just like his dog and his clothes are 2 sizes to small you couldn't pay me to go back never again worse experience
