Ru Yi Nail Inc

I was going to them for a few months and mostly had pedicures but did have one manicure (I usually do my own finger nails). I kept telling them I'll be in for my wedding french mani pedi & went in. My pedi came out fine but when it came to my mani they completely ruined my nails. They 'knew' it was for my wedding, I had my nails already shaped & grown to a beautiful length. I had my head turned talking to my bridesmaid & when I looked back the woman completely filed my nails almost all the way down to my fingertip! Taking away all of the delicate elegance a bridal nail should have. In addition they forgot that I wanted FRENCH when I specifically said that's what I wanted when I walked in & throughout my duration I couldn't say WEDDING ENOUGH. They turn around and say we didn't charge you for french on your fingers just toes. - I obviously didn't pay & there's NO WAY you can replace what you file away. They don't understand english so they can't give you what you want. I will NEVER go to this place again & I can't grow my nails back in a day -for the most important day of my life they destroyed my hands!
